The Briefcase box mod releases tomorrow from Project Sub-Ohm. Project Sub-Ohm have been releasing products for the last 2 years or so and have produced some pretty innovative vaping products. Their box mod line has been exceptionally good and this one is probably the coolest looking mod to date.
The Briefcase is a branded SMY box mod that features 60 watt power capability and a full color interface. The interface is beautifully designed as well featuring a speedometer style power display.
Briefcase Build and Features
The Briefcase is powered by a single 18650 battery. As with any of these types of devices, you’ll want to use only a 20 amp or higher IMR/INR battery. The Briefcase can handle builds between 0.3 and 3.0 ohm resistances. Made out of aluminum and carbon fiber each mod is individually numbered. It features a copper, adjustable 510 connection and features short circuit, reverse polarity, temperature and low voltage protection.
There are a few other features in the user interface – most notably a full color screen. You also get a vaping timer, puff counter, temperature and overtime protection as well as readouts for puff stats, battery life, output voltage, resistance, output current and the date.
I’m really looking forward to this mod – I think its going to be a winner. While this isn’t a DNA 40 device, it has more power and the price is under $100! This is an excellent addition to anyone’s vape collection.
